Jennifer S. Varughese, Esq. concentrates primarily on employment-based immigration and immigration court matters. She has composed motions to reopen and reconsider for immigration courts nationwide as well as briefs for the Board of Immigration Appeals and various Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, she has argued before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Varughese also handles Virginia-based matters including family law, traffic, and DUI. She earned her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University (cum laude), double-majoring in Psychology and Communications. She earned her law degree at Regent University. Ms. Varughese is a member of the Virginia Bar and is admitted to practice before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is also a member of the Fairfax Pro Bono Program.
